To Infinity And Beyond

Say hello to my new fav LBD. The Infinity Dress by Orgotton. I mean it's just so long and pretty and I feel like a goddamn QUEEN in it. Seriously, just on this one shoot alone like five people stopped to ask me about this dress, because girl, it's dramatic. But still so simple. An understated kind of drama if you will.

The material is luxuriously soft and has the perfect drape. All in all it's pretty much my favorite type of outfit. You look like you're wearing real clothes, but you feel like you're in pajamas. It's that comfy.

Luxury must be comofortable, otherwise, it is not luxury.

Ok so it looks great, but let's get to the nuts and bolts of it. This is an eco-fashion blog after all.

1. Made in Philly! American made is great for lots of reasons. Fewer fossil fuels burned during transport. Bolsters local economies. It's sweat-shop free.

2. Its long infinity straps mean I can wear it a bagillion ways so I end up getting way more use out of it. Dress is up, make it casual, whatever. This dress will stay with you for years. And planet Earth loves that shit because, less production = less pollution.

3. Orgotton is owned by 2 sisters.  Awww family you guys!  While this doesn't actually make the company more eco-friendly, it totally warms my heart.

Orgotton has recently expanded their line beyond the infinity dress to include rompers, bodysuits, and even some separates.  FYI each dress is made to order so expect it to take about 2 weeks. I promise though, it's worth the wait.
